PIPING (SS & CS) Fabrication & Installation
Pipe fabrication demands a high level of precision among hundreds of components with equally challenging assembly and installation processes, which includes cutting, beveling, welding, and bending (or other pipe forming operations); and is performed by skilled tradespeople.
Pipe Installation which consists of Installation of Pipe Flanges, Valve & Equipment Flange Connections, Pipe Supports, Pressure testing, Insulation, Painting, Marking & Identification and Installation of Expansion Joints and Vents & Drains.
STEEL TANKAGES Fabrication & Erection
Fabrication, Erection and Testing of the Storage Tank activities need to be carried out with utmost care with good workmanship and in accordance with the specifications, starting from material identification, marking, cutting, rolling, and welding.

Erection work involves starting from shifting rolled shell plates to tank foundation area, align the shell plates, fit up & welding, Peaking, Plumpness, Circumference checking and Nozzle installation by qualified working personnel.

FACILITY MANAGEMENT (Plant Maintenance)
Committed to the approach of diversifying and providing a value ended service to our Petrochemical and Pharmaceutical clients, Skyrus Engineering and Construction ventured into Facilities Management since 2020. The concept of Facilities Management was coupled with the ability to provide our clients with the relevant services they required in terms of reinforcement and A&A (Addition and Alteration) to exploring new opportunities within the process industry to be a one-stop solution for our clients.
The Facilities Management team also functions as Plant Maintenance by operating in not only within the jurisdiction of the non-process but also the process end. This holistic approach for maintenance has allowed us to strengthen our bond with our respective clients and to work with the various Main/Sub-Contractors of different trades.
