(Plant Maintenance)

Committed to the approach of diversifying and providing a value ended service to our Petrochemical and Pharmaceutical clients, Skyrus Engineering and Construction ventured into Facilities Management since 2020. The concept of Facilities Management was coupled with the ability to provide our clients with the relevant services they required in terms of reinforcement and A&A (Addition and Alteration) to exploring new opportunities within the process industry to be a one-stop solution for our clients.

The Facilities Management team also functions as Plant Maintenance by operating in not only within the jurisdiction of the non-process but also the process end. This holistic approach for maintenance has allowed us to strengthen our bond with our respective clients and to work with the various Main/Sub-Contractors of different trades.

​The dedication of the Facilities/Plant Maintenance team is a core reason for our continuous expansion in terms of resource and client base. The attribute is well recognised by the entire Skyrus Engineering and Construction family and the core principle of everlasting improvement is instilled in all stakeholders of the team.
